Who processes your data

The data controller is Vesidon Ltd, with its registered office and shop at 3 Iskra Str., 4400 Pazardzhik, Bulgaria. Contact us on +359 887 430 619 or sales@vesidon.com.

What data we collect

Only the data you give us yourself when you send an enquiry through the form, by e-mail or by phone: name, phone, e-mail address, and information about the machine and the part you are looking for. We do not collect special categories of personal data.

What we use it for

To answer your enquiry — to check availability, work out a price and get back to you; to fulfil an order — delivery, invoicing and warranty service; and for accounting and tax purposes where a transaction has taken place, as required by law. We do not use your data for automated profiling.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent (when you send an enquiry), performance of a contract (when you place an order) and legal obligation (accounting records).

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 12 months. Data relating to concluded transactions is kept for the period required by accounting and tax law.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where it is necessary to fulfil your order — with the courier company for delivery, with our accountants, and with the manufacturer when a part is ordered directly from the factory. All of them are bound by confidentiality.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure, to restrict or object to processing, to receive your data in a machine-readable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights write to sales@vesidon.com. We reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection.

Cookies

The site uses only technically necessary cookies needed for it to work. The embedded Google Maps in the Contacts section may set their own cookies — these are managed by Google, not by us. You can restrict cookies from your browser settings.

Security

The site runs over a secure connection (HTTPS). Access to enquiries is limited to the staff who handle orders.
